Welcome to Country (iTunes) – The Welcome to Country iPhone app delivers a simple Welcome to Country video introduction to Australian indigenous culture, including basic cultural protocols that are tribal boundary geo-specific. The app uses the GPS function of the iPhone to deliver a Welcome to Country video (or text/image version) to the user via a push notification. Where available within a tribal boundary, the video will be of a traditional owner (or elder) welcoming the user/visitor to their country when the user enters that tribal geo-boundary.

Sharing the Dreaming (iTunes) – Sharing the Dreaming is a window to an Aboriginal Australian culture: the culture of the Nyoongar, the traditional custodians of Australia’s South-West.

Koori Radio and (iTunes) – Koori Radio is Sydney’s only First Nations radio station broadcasting 24/7 from Australia’s Black Capital of Redfern.
Indigenous Australian: Art Gallery of NSW (iTunes) – Indigenous Australian: Art Gallery of NSW lets you explore a selection of artists and artworks from our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art collection.

Traditional Wiradjuri Culture (iTunes) – This Multi-Touch book explores the culture and traditions of the Wiradjuri People. The book includes chapters on shelters, bush resources, tools, weapons and traditional art. Learn about Wiradjuri culture through detailed text, interactive activities, videos and beautiful images.
Ngurrara – Australian Aboriginal Storybook (iTunes) – Ngurrara follows the journeys of three young Australian Aboriginal Ngarluma men as they fish, hunt and carve their own stories. It is set on Murujuga (Burrup Peninsula), home to nearly one million petroglyphs, some over 30,000 years old.

Barngarla Dictionary (Google Play) – Explore and learn the language and culture of the Barngarla people anywhere in the world, for free! Search in Barngarla and English or use our traditional search for images.
FirstVoices Keyboards app (Google Play) and (iTunes) – The FirstVoices Keyboard App contains keyboard software for over 100 languages, and includes every First Nations language in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, plus many languages in the USA.
Kriol Dictionary (Google Play) – Kriol is spoken across the Kimberley region of Western Australia and in a belt across the Northern Territory centered on the township of Katherine. It is Australia’s largest Aboriginal language with some 30,000 speakers.
Miriwoong (iTunes) – Miriwoong is the name of the Miriwoong people and their endangered language. This app includes a dictionary of 1,400 Miriwoong words and phrases including audio support, a learning area with games and an “Explore” section where users can discover the vocabulary by categories/topics.
NSW AECG Languages App (Google Play) and (iTunes) – The NSW AECG Aboriginal languages app is a great tool for learning the various Aboriginal languages of New South Wales.
Yugambeh App (iTunes) – Yugambeh Museum’s language app. Built to re-invigorate the use of traditional languages by Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal community members and close the educational gap between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australians.

Deadly Tots (Google Play) and (iTunes) – The Deadly Tots App has been developed by South Western Sydney Local Health District, Resourcing Parents with the support of funding from the Office of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health. Deadly Tots App contains information for every Aboriginal Family to help their Bub learn and grow.
iBobbly (Google Play) and (iTunes) – iBobbly is a Social and Emotional Wellbeing self-help app for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians aged 15 years and over. Completely private and confidential, it helps by showing you ways to manage your thoughts and feelings, as well as how to decide what is important in your life.
