As a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition, St Joseph’s Nudgee College encourages students to become Signum Fidei – signs of faith – for the world. The College’s mission statement is centred around providing an education that will liberate hearts and minds following in the footsteps of Blessed Edmund Rice.

Set on a magnificent 136 hectare campus, just 15 kilometres north-east of Brisbane city, Nudgee College caters to over 1500 young men from Years 5 to 12. As Queensland’s oldest Catholic boarding school, Nudgee College is also home to over 300 boarders who live in the newly refurbished Bathersby Boarding Village.

The combination of technologically-advanced classrooms, extensive sporting facilities, a trade training centre with a vocational education program and a wide variety of extra-curricular and social justice activities, provides students with an exceptional holistic educational experience.

Whether a student’s interest lies in the academic, community, cultural, faith, sporting or vocations arena, Nudgee College will help him find his path in the world.

St Joseph’s Nudgee College recognises the traditional owners of the area, the Turrabul People of the Yuggera Nation.
